With this investment program the company is equipping itself with a new operational site in San Cassiano, machinery and equipment, and is taking sales and service online: an e-commerce website connected to the service management system, with ticket booking by customers and an AI-based customer service. The site is powered by a 20.71 kWp photovoltaic system for self-consumption.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Moving from an entirely traditional management of service and sales to a digital model: requests, interventions, quotes and orders tracked in a single system.<\/li><li>Expanding the technical service, on site and remote, and the scheduled maintenance of customers' machines.<\/li><li>Opening online sales of spare parts and consumables.<\/li><li>Reducing the environmental impact of the site with energy from renewable sources.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expected results<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Shorter times and fewer errors in handling orders and service requests, with lower costs per order.<\/li><li>A customer service that is always reachable, supported by artificial intelligence.<\/li><li>The new online sales channel and the growth of service and maintenance.<\/li><li>One new full-time job in the company once fully operational.<\/li><li>Renewable energy production estimated at 24,000-26,000 kWh per year, entirely for self-consumption.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-piccolo-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The project is consistent with the Apulia Region's smart specialization strategy \u00abSmart Puglia 2030\u00bb (Advanced Mechanics supply chain, Advanced Connectivity innovation area).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beneficiario: Revinnit S.r.l., San Cassiano (LE) Codice progetto: MPM001989 CUP: B55H24001020009 Avvio degli investimenti: 26 novembre 2024 \u00b7 ultimazione prevista: 15 novembre 2026 Il progetto Revinnit fornisce stampanti ad alta definizione e macchine da taglio per l&#8217;industria grafica, e ne cura l&#8217;assistenza tecnica.
