Last updated: 5 October 2026.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who processes the data<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data controller is <strong>Revinnit S.r.l.<\/strong>, Via Enrico Mattei 5, 73020 San Cassiano (LE), Italy, VAT no. 05177470753. For any question about personal data: <a href=\"mailto:info@revinnit.com\">info@revinnit.com<\/a> \u00b7 Certified email (PEC) revinnitsrl@pec.it.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What data we collect<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Service and maintenance requests<\/strong>: name, role, phone number and email of the person writing; company name, VAT number and contact details; machine data (type, model, serial number) and description of the problem; address where the machine is located and preferred dates.<\/li><li><strong>Shop orders<\/strong>: billing and shipping details, products ordered.<\/li><li><strong>Conversations with the virtual assistant<\/strong>: the text of the messages and the data you choose to write (for example name and contact details, if you ask to be contacted). The assistant is an artificial intelligence: it says so at the start of the conversation, and its answers may contain errors. Do not write sensitive data or payment data in the chat.<\/li><li><strong>WhatsApp messages<\/strong>: if you write to us with the \u00abMessage us on WhatsApp\u00bb button, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app on your phone with Revinnit's business number; we process your number, profile name and messages to reply to you. The website does not load anything from WhatsApp: the button is just a link.<\/li><li><strong>Card payments<\/strong>: they are handled by Stripe. Card data goes directly to Stripe; Revinnit neither sees nor stores it.<\/li><li><strong>Technical browsing data<\/strong>: IP address and browser information recorded by the servers for the security of the website.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why we process it and on what legal basis<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Handling service requests, quotes and interventions, and replying to you: this is necessary to follow up on your request and on the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).<\/li><li>Processing orders and complying with tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).<\/li><li>Keeping the service history of each machine, also for warranty purposes and for the safety of the products we supply (Art. 6.1.c and 6.1.f, legitimate interest).<\/li><li>Answering the questions asked to the virtual assistant and, based on aggregate figures, improving its answers (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).<\/li><li>Protecting the website from abuse and automated submissions (Art. 6.1.f).<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data marked as required in the forms are needed to reply to you: without them we cannot handle the request. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making and we do not use the data for advertising.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who receives it<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data are processed by Revinnit staff and authorized technicians, and by suppliers working on our behalf as data processors:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the provider of website hosting and email;<\/li><li>the service management system, hosted on Vercel with a Supabase database in the European Union;<\/li><li>Stripe, for card payments;<\/li><li>the provider of the AI-based customer service, when you use the website assistant.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, the messaging service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta group), which processes the data according to its own privacy policy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of these suppliers are based in the United States: the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). The data are not disclosed or sold.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For how long<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Data sent through the forms remain on the website for at most 30 days after reaching the management system, then they are deleted.<\/li><li>Requests, interventions and orders remain in the management system for the duration of the relationship and for the 10 years required by civil and tax law.<\/li><li>The text of conversations with the virtual assistant is deleted 12 months after the last message; only anonymous figures remain (how many conversations, with what outcome). If a request to the office arises from the chat, it follows the rules for requests.<\/li><li>Technical browsing data are kept for the time needed for the security of the website.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may at any time ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@revinnit.com\">info@revinnit.com<\/a>.
