1. Who sells and to whom

The seller is Revinnit S.r.l., Via Enrico Mattei 5, 73020 San Cassiano (LE), Italy, VAT and tax code 05177470753, REA LE-347861. Contacts: phone +39 0836 509155, email info@revinnit.com, certified email (PEC) revinnitsrl@pec.it.

The online shop is aimed mainly at companies and professionals buying for their business («business customers»). Anyone buying for themselves, outside a professional activity («consumer»), may also buy: for them the additional protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) set out in these terms apply.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT; the amount excluding VAT is also shown, for business customers. Machines are sold on quotation: the product page lets you request one. Compatibility of spare parts and consumables is stated on the product page: if in doubt, ask us before ordering.

3. Order and payment

The order is concluded when you receive our confirmation by email. You can pay in two ways:

  • by credit or debit card, through Stripe: the amount is charged when the order is confirmed. Card data is handled directly by Stripe, which complies with the card payment security standards (PCI-DSS): Revinnit neither sees nor stores it. Your bank may ask you to verify the payment (3D Secure);
  • by advance bank transfer: the order ships once the payment has arrived.

On your card statement the charge appears as «REVINNIT.COM». The electronic invoice is issued to the details given in the order.

4. Delivery

Products are collected at our premises in San Cassiano (LE), Via Enrico Mattei 5: we will let you know when your order is ready. If you prefer shipping, we agree it together: before shipping we tell you the cost and delivery time, and shipping is paid separately. We will let you know if a product is not available. On receipt, check the packaging and contents and report any transport damage immediately, preferably with a photo.

5. Cancelling an order

Until the order has been shipped or prepared for collection you can cancel it by writing to info@revinnit.com with the order number: we refund what you paid, as described in section 7. If the order has already shipped, the rules on withdrawal (for consumers) or returns (for business customers) apply.

6. Withdrawal and returns

6.1 For business customers

Between businesses the law does not provide a right of withdrawal, but we accept returns on the following conditions. Contact us before shipping and we will tell you how to proceed.

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be intact, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
  • The following cannot be returned: opened inks and consumables; printheads and electronic parts removed from their packaging or installed; products ordered specifically for the customer.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or the mistake is ours: in that case we pay for it.
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned product, as described in section 7.

6.2 For consumers: right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day they receive the products (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). To do so, an explicit statement sent to info@revinnit.com or to the certified email revinnitsrl@pec.it is enough, also using the form below.

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, to Revinnit's address. Return costs are borne by the consumer.
  • The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
  • Withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, for example for products made to measure or clearly personalized.

7. Refunds

When a refund is due (cancelled order, withdrawal, accepted return, product not available) we make it with the same means used to pay:

  • payment by card: the refund goes back to the same card through Stripe; the time it takes to appear depends on the bank that issued the card;
  • payment by bank transfer: we refund by bank transfer to the account you give us.

For consumers who withdraw, the refund, including standard delivery costs, is made within 14 days of the day we receive the withdrawal notice; we may wait until we have received the products, or proof of their shipment, before refunding.

8. Complaints and disputes

For any problem with an order, write to info@revinnit.com or call +39 0836 509155, quoting the order number: we reply within 2 working days. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us: a refund made by us arrives sooner and at no cost to anyone.

9. Warranty

9.1 For business customers

The warranty against defects provided by the Italian Civil Code for sales applies (Articles 1490 et seq.): defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery and claims expire one year after delivery.

9.2 For consumers

The legal guarantee of conformity of the Consumer Code applies (Articles 128 et seq.), for defects that appear within two years of delivery.

In both cases the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation or the use of incompatible materials.

10. Personal data

How we process order data is explained in theprivacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For disputes with business customers, the Court of Lecce has exclusive jurisdiction; for disputes with consumers, the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled.
