  • Start of investments: 26 November 2024 · expected completion: 15 November 2026

The project

Revinnit supplies high-definition printers and cutting machines for the graphics industry, and provides their technical service. With this investment program the company is equipping itself with a new operational site in San Cassiano, machinery and equipment, and is taking sales and service online: an e-commerce website connected to the service management system, with ticket booking by customers and an AI-based customer service. The site is powered by a 20.71 kWp photovoltaic system for self-consumption.

Objectives

  • Moving from an entirely traditional management of service and sales to a digital model: requests, interventions, quotes and orders tracked in a single system.
  • Expanding the technical service, on site and remote, and the scheduled maintenance of customers' machines.
  • Opening online sales of spare parts and consumables.
  • Reducing the environmental impact of the site with energy from renewable sources.

Expected results

  • Shorter times and fewer errors in handling orders and service requests, with lower costs per order.
  • A customer service that is always reachable, supported by artificial intelligence.
  • The new online sales channel and the growth of service and maintenance.
  • One new full-time job in the company once fully operational.
  • Renewable energy production estimated at 24,000-26,000 kWh per year, entirely for self-consumption.

The project is consistent with the Apulia Region's smart specialization strategy «Smart Puglia 2030» (Advanced Mechanics supply chain, Advanced Connectivity innovation area).
